Air Tangan Mami#4

Baby's Pasta Alla Carbonara Malay Version
(12 months ++)


Ingredients:

1/2 cup Baby Pasta/any usual pasta (cooked)
1 inch Carrot (fine cut)
1tbs Spring Onions (chopped)
1 Garlic (chopped finely)
1tbs Cornstarch (dissolved)
1/2 tbs Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Dutch Lady Fresh milk
1tbs BEGA Tasty Grated Cheese

Preparation:
  1. Heat the unsalted butter in a sauté pan over medium heat, add garlic and cook until it turns yellow.
  2. Pour some water and carrot into the pan, cook well until the carrot becomes tender.
  3. Add the cornstarch, milk, spring onions and cheese, cook for another minute. 
  4. Then turn off the heat and pour the creamy carbonarra sauce into a bowl of well cooked pasta. Mix together and ready to serve.
