Baby's Pasta Alla Carbonara Malay Version
(12 months ++)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Baby Pasta/any usual pasta (cooked)
1 inch Carrot (fine cut)
1tbs Spring Onions (chopped)
1 Garlic (chopped finely)
1tbs Cornstarch (dissolved)
1/2 tbs Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Dutch Lady Fresh milk
1tbs BEGA Tasty Grated Cheese
Preparation:
- Heat the unsalted butter in a sauté pan over medium heat, add garlic and cook until it turns yellow.
- Pour some water and carrot into the pan, cook well until the carrot becomes tender.
- Add the cornstarch, milk, spring onions and cheese, cook for another minute.
- Then turn off the heat and pour the creamy carbonarra sauce into a bowl of well cooked pasta. Mix together and ready to serve.
