Sauteed gourd with soft tofu

Ingredient:1/2 - 1 cup diced Gourd
1/2 soft tofu
1/2 tbs onion (I prefer Holand onion)
1-2 clove garlic
3-4 tbs Anchovies (soak for 10-15mins, rinse and pounded)
water
2-3 tbs cooking oil
Preparation:
- Heat a frying pan with cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion in the frying pan until they change color or until the fragrance comes out.
- Add water, anchovies and gourd. Cook until the gourd become tender.
- Add tofu and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Ready to be served.
