Air tangan Mami#9


Sauteed gourd with soft tofu
(7 months ++)
Ingredient:
1/2 - 1 cup diced Gourd
1/2 soft tofu
1/2 tbs onion (I prefer Holand onion)
1-2 clove garlic
3-4 tbs Anchovies (soak for 10-15mins, rinse and pounded)
water
2-3 tbs cooking oil

Preparation:
  1. Heat a frying pan with cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion in the frying pan until they change color or until the fragrance comes out.
  2. Add water, anchovies and gourd. Cook until the gourd become tender.
  3. Add tofu and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Ready to be served.
