Honey Pancake

Ingredient:
1 cup Atta flour
1 cup Farm Fresh plain yogurt
1 Egg
Honey
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk together Atta flour, yogurt and egg.
- Heat the nonstick pan, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons (You'll have 2-3 pancakes) of batter onto the pan, use the back of the spoon to spread batter into a round.
- Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst. Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on each side.
- Serve warm, with the honey as topping.
